License Rights

All rights, title, reports, content, and interest in the copyrighted work, and will continue to be, even after the delivery of the report, the exclusive property right of CSP Analytics Solutions. Report work can not be reproduced for any person, institution and could be claim their own propriety rights as per license granted. 

Report Purchase Level Category:

• Single User Licenses: Access to content will be granted to individual user(s) within the organization only and should not be used simultaneously by multiple users or outside organization. 
• Corporate License: With the corporate license, the access to our reports and content is granted to the designated individuals who purchased the report and it should not be distributed to any third party. 
• Enterprise wide: Access to the reports/content will be granted only for users within the organization and can't be used by any individual outside the organization. Usually accompanied with end-end solutions. Discount could be granted based on request.  

Disclaimer: Even after the purchase of any data/report/or any such material which is the exclusive property of CSP Analytics Solutions, one is not entitled to reproduce the same in any circumstances. Contract

If an order is received for the report available on CSP Analytics Solutions website and its affiliates, the payment becomes due and owing instantly. The report will not be dispatched until we receive the complete payment. Once the payment is received completely, the ordered report will be provided within 12 to 24 business hours. Additionally, once an order is placed, we regret that order can not be cancelled and payment becomes due immediately.

CSP Analytics Solutions offers the services pertaining to market research, where we offer syndicated report, custom services across various industry domains.

This page is also intended to convey website visitors regarding our policies framework with the collection, use, and revealing of personal Information if anyone accessing our service.

If one chooses to utilize our service, then they agree to the gathering and use of right information in relation with policy. In case of online download, the report will be delivered to you online/by email within stipulated timeline of 12-24 hours of receipt of complete payment. However, in case of physical delivery of the print copy of the report, we will courier the report within 3-4 business working days from the date of the receipt of complete payment. We will process report dispatch order, only after complete payment is received/reflecting in our business account

You shall be entitled to receive 15% customization in the report based on your specific requirement pertaining to the markets discussed in the report. However, complexity of your requirement and time taken will be purely judged by our analyst and will have a final say in the same. We, at CSP Analytics Solutions ensure that you finally get the required market intelligence in our reports.

Tax/Duties: Tax will be applicable above the report payment, which will be taken from service user. One can not ask for refund once payment is done for report including tax amount.

Report data may not guarantee you the business-related outcome. You can not claim anything regarding the same. 

Use of Report: The report purchased by you is for internal use, information purpose and benefit only in accordance with the license purchased. 

No Liability: CSP Analytics Solutions, its affiliates, and any officer, director, employee, subcontractor, agent, successor, or assign of CSP Analytics Solutions or its affiliates is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. The aforementioned damages may include but are not limited to intangible losses (even when implied in advance) and other such damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data. The data cannot be used for any medico Legal, civil law; common law; customary law; religious law and mixed law bankruptcy law cases.

You shall not quote CSP Analytics Solutions name or reproduce its logo in any form or manner without its prior written consent. CSP Analytics Solutions disclaims all responsibility or liability for any losses, costs, damages, liabilities, expenses incurred by anyone as a result of use, reproduction, circulation, publication, or use of report contrary to the provisions of this clause.

Any report, deliverables, work or services, forecast, etc. supplied by CSP Analytics Solutions shall not amount to any form of assurance or guarantee that CSP Analytics Solutions have determined or predicted future events or circumstances.

You do not allow to:

• Resell, sub-license, rent, lease, transfer, or attempt to assign the rights of the report (in whole or in part) to any party NOT authorized by CSP Analytics Solutions
• Share the information or content either electronically or in printed form with fellow-mates, public libraries, researchers, lecturers, college, university, foundation, government agency, corporate, a non-profit organization, or any other unauthorized users

Refund Policy:-

Please read every information available about any market report before placing order. Hence, the research report and/or content is delivered within 12 to 72 Business hours. Also, we do not accept refund/ cancellation once the order is placed. Because of the confidential nature of the information contained in market reports, cancellation of orders will not be entertained after the report has been delivered.
